OUR GUARANTEE: If anything damages a Ritch Photography, LLC, product, whether it is the fault of our customers or not, we will repair or replace it, if possible, at no charge to our customer. We take steps to archive image files that have been purchased by customers, and we hope they will be available for years and years to come. However we can not guarantee them, and offer no compensation should they be unavailable. This offer has no cash value.
 
REFUNDS: Customers who are unsatisfied with printed products from Ritch Photography, LLC, may return their product and request a refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be made on digital products, however.
